It is little wonder that Kate Donaldson is a familiar name and face to many locals after all she has been operating her own real estate agency for over the past 12 years and living in the Diamond Valley her whole life. Growing up on a farm in Panton Hill and attending Diamond Creek Primary School and Eltham College. Kate has a deep understanding of what makes this area so special.
Her knowledge of the real estate industry is vast, beginning her career locally then deciding to start her own boutique agency in 2012 to 2024. Deciding to concentrate on Sales and merging her property management portfolio with Ray White Eltham/Diamond Creek allowing her time to help people realize their dreams and start a new beginning. "Working in real estate is not a job for me, it is a passion" Kate has an uncanny knack of making people feel immediately at ease and enjoys listening to their life goals in order to help them achieve them. Her positive and empathetic nature along with her vast knowledge in all areas of real estate provides confidence and support to her many valued clients and customers.
When Kate is not at the office, she enjoys spending time at home in Rosanna, with her grandchildren and family and watching her two sons play football.
