Cheryl was raised in the local area and continues to live locally with her young family. A horse enthusiast and a past long time member of Diamond Valley Horse and Pony Club prior to its merger with Hurstbridge Horse and Pony Club in the 1980's she has a great knowledge, interest and involvement in the community.
Cheryl diverted careers to work at Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA) where she answered triple zero (000) calls and dispatched ambulances for a period of 10 years in the Melbourne metropolitan area. She attributes her problem solving ability, exceptional customer service, and nurturing nature to her experience in high pressure situations.
With many years of past experience in the real estate industry, since the early age of 18, she developed a particular love and interest in Property Management, and has a natural ability to work with clients towards positives outcomes.
She prides herself on being honest, trustworthy, approachable, and enjoys the customer service aspect of her job. The most rewarding part of her job is helping landlords in the journey of renting their home, finding the best tenants and to provide genuine care and attention in what can be a very stressful time, especially for first time landlords. Cheryl is passionate about keeping the process smooth and professional so her clients can sleep easy at night knowing one of their biggest assests is in the best hands.
In her spare time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding, motorbike riding and watching local football.
Supported by the largest real estate brand in Australia, Cheryl is a highly trained professional in her role and looks forward to helping you with your individual property management needs.
